Real estate professional, writer, and recalcitrant chef, I am equally an engaged community member, athlete, part-time thinker, and grudging seeker of balance in life’s pursuits.
Since I started in real estate in 2002, I’ve brokered over $225 million in real estate, specializing in urban infill development, land acquisition/disposition, mixed-use mid-rise & high-rise, adaptive reuse projects, Madison-based portfolio investment, and landlord & tenant representation from hyper-local small business to regional and national corporations with a retail and office focus. I most enjoy challenging projects that help redefine the urban environment, engage sustainability across a range of metrics, and set a course for the species going forward.
I represent developer interests, landlords, and tenants in the Madison core and Dane county. I also work with acquisition and sales statewide. I have contributed to sustainable suburban development projects, commercial centers with character, and unique mixed-use developments.
I’m motivated by opportunities work with friends, colleagues, clients, and partners to design a future we all want to inhabit. In practice I do this through creative brokering, urban planning, and engagement/investment, bringing to the table my experience in a wide range of markets to ensure my clients’ interests are protected from start to finish on every transaction.
